Meek Mill will be adding author to his resume in May when he drops his first novel ‘Tony Story’ which takes its title from the track on his ‘Dreamchasers’ mixtape. The novel should make its way to the public on May 1st, according to VIBE, and it will be available in e-book format.
The book will follow the story of two friends, Tony and Ty, who become enemies as a result of greed, envy and money, as well as those who become entangled in their conflict.
The story also takes place in Mill’s hometown and the description of the book boasts that, “Philly won’t be the same after you’re a witness to Tony Story.”
Mill is also gearing up for the release of the third installment of his ‘Dream chasers’ series which should be out on May 6th.

Weezy has also apparently made amends with TMZ following criticisms from the YMCMB camp that the outlet blew his condition out of proportion and appeared in a video put out by TMZ.
Gucci Mane has become a wanted man after allegedly striking a soldier in the head with a champagne bottle in a club called Harlem Nights in Atlanta. Police issued a warrant for Gucci’s arrest when the soldier, who’s only offered his first name James to the media, decided to press charges.
Harlem rapper Vinny Cha$e recently inked a deal with Epic Records that will partner his Cheers Club imprint with the label in a joint-venture. Cha$e was sought after by other labels, including Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, but decided to go with Epic as a result of a personal connection.
Styles P is gearing up for the release of his upcoming album ‘Float’ and revealed the cover art and tracklist for the project. The LP is currently scheduled to drop on April 16th and will come out through Nature Sounds/High Times Records with production from Scram Jones.
It looks like Gilbere Forte may be the newest rapper to sign a major label record deal with Epic Records as the Philadelphia rapper alluded to signing with L.A. Reid through Twitter today.
